First encountered this plumber while he was working in an apartment I rented. His work stood out because as opposed to the the others who came before him, he correctly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed right the first time. When we got a home of our own 6 years ago, we knew who to call. From hot water heaters to sinks and drains Zane and his crew have shown reliable and on time work and are good to deal with every time. Zane is also smart about diagnosing problems and often offers up multiple solutions with short term to long term options and the pros and cons of each.

We used Fonseca and Griffin to replace the pipes and the stack in our basement, in addition to replacing the natural gas line to the stove and dryer. The plumbers that did the work were professional and completed the work with a great eye for quality. Our basement looks amazing! They also replaced the piping from the kitchen sink and identified the need to replace the garbage disposal. Throughout the entire 1.5 day project, they discussed the plan and our options. We are very pleased with the work they completed!

My mother had a major root clog in her sewer pipe. They came out the same day and stayed until 7:30 pm and the next day from morning until maybe 9:30 pm to get the job done! We are so appreciative of their kindness and professionalism. They all had great personalities including the guy who came to excavate. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed.

I called them Tuesday and had an appointment Wednesday am to fix / replace an outside spigot. The plumbers who did the work were courteous and respectful. Upon entering our house they put booties on covering their boots. Nice! They recommended replacing 20 year old spigot instead of repairing as this is what he would do if it was his home. Good advice. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

Extremely friendly and prompt. Not only did they take care of the issue, they went a step further and diagnosed what the issue was and communicated an effective plan moving forward to eliminate a further problem. Both Zane and Dustin responded in a professional, friendly manner and will DEFINITELY be who we contact in the future for our plumbing needs. Lastly, extremely fair pricing.

Very fast and had good communication throughout the process . This company was referred to me by my routine plumber that had a large job that couldn’t be broken away from …. The cost was a little more than I am used to , but the bill was dropped from the original quote as all parts ordered were not required …. I can’t imagine that the transparency exists with most companies . A real testament to “you get what you pay for “. Class act !

I was really happy with the experience we had. I spoke with the owner and they were able to get their team to install a new hot water heater same day. They arrived quicker than anticipated due to finishing an earlier job sooner than expected. Installation went well and they brought our system up to code by installing shut-off valves. I would reccommend and use them again for anything we need!

My Family and I struggled with our faucet, garbage disposal and our hot water tank for about 3 months and we had 2 other companies send out a technician and they were not successful. A friend referred Dustin and he was amazing! It was late at night and he took our call; he came over in a snow storm to help us figure out the problems we were having. Within an hour, he identified them and was able to repair our leaking faucet in the kitchen, fix the garbage disposal and scheduled a later date to install our hot water tank. He took the time to follow up with us and accomodate our schedule. The following weekend he came over and installed the hot water tank. He did not leave a mess and stayed for a while to make sure his work was guaranteed. We are so thankful we found Dustin! He did amazing work for an affordable price and has excellent customer service skills. He was very resourceful and professional. We have already recommended him to family, friends and coworkers. A huge Thank you to Dustin for all that you do and for taking care of our home. We appreciate you. God Bless!

They were prompt in responding and addressing our issues. They did a great job fixing a few different leaks. They had to remove a small patch of drywall but were meticulous in making it a neat cut. Prices are quite reasonable for plumbing services. Will definitely use them again.

I had my 15 year old hot water tank spring a leak. Called and the next day I got a newer version of the reliable old unit installed and old pipes brought up to code with a new expansion tank. Fantastic price and unbelievable same day install. Very happy. It’s been in for a month and everything is perfect.
